How the scheme works

Individuals provide their services to end clients as employees ofKHRP. Some employees ofKHRPreceive part of their remuneration, paid at or close to the rate of National Minimum Wage as a salary that is subjected to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NIC’s). The employees also receive a second element of their remuneration without deductions of Income Tax and NIC’s.
