How the scheme works

Individuals provide services to end clients as employees of Signature Professional Limited. Employees receive part of their remuneration paid at a rate close to the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage which is subject to deductions for Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs). Employees of Signature Professional Limited receive the balance of their remuneration which is disguised as another form of payment without deductions for Income Tax andNICs.
