How the scheme works

The arrangements involve users providing their services to end clients throughRWM. The users sign a contract of employment withRWMthat will pay them a basic salary at or around the rate of National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage salary which is subject to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs) deductions. The users also receive an additional payment (described as a withdrawal) fromRWMwithout Income Tax andNICsdeductions. The payments from the end clients toRWMare sometimes routed via Dynasty Payroll Solutions Ltd.
