How the scheme works
Scheme users provide their services to end clients as employees of umbrella companies. The users get paid a salary at or around the rate of National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage with deductions for Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs), and a second payment without deductions of Income Tax andNICs. Recruitment agencies paid money toOBLfor the users’ services, andOBLin turn paid this money to the umbrella companies. The umbrella companies are: Acquda Limited, Miwsa Limited, Balance Bay Limited, Employe Limited Payroll Pros Limited, Five Payroll Solutions Ltd, Clickpay Solutions Ltd, Click Pay Solutions Management Ltd, Payloc Limited, Levelup Payroll Ltd, and Level Up Associates Limited.
