Individuals provide their services to end clients as employees of Expertise Solutions Limited. Some employees of Expertise Solutions Limited receive their remuneration made up of 2 elements. The first is a salary, paid at or close to the minimum rate permitted under the Minimum Wage Act 1998 which is subjected to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs).HMRCsuspects that employees also receive a secondary element of remuneration in another form and which is not subjected to Income Tax andNICs.
