Individuals sign contracts of employment with Datamatics HR & Consultancy Ltd or Datamatics UK Limited. In addition, they may also sign a contract of employment with an offshore company. Employees receive part of their remuneration paid to them by Datamatics HR & Consultancy Ltd at a rate close to the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage which is subjected to deductions for Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs). The balance of their remuneration is paid to them in one of 2 ways. It is either paid by Datamatics HR & Consultancy Ltd (sometimes described as a ‘Bonus’ on payslips), or as payment made through an offshore company. In either case, the additional payments are made without the deduction of UK Income Tax orNICs.
