How the scheme works

Individuals provide their services to end clients as employees of Complete Payment Solutions Limited (CPSL). Some employees ofCPSLreceive part of their remuneration, paid at or close to the rate of National Minimum Wage, as a salary that is subjected to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs). The   employees also receive a second element of their remuneration without deductions of Income Tax andNICs.
