How the scheme works

Individuals provide services to end clients as employees of Century Umbrella Limited. Century Umbrella Limited pay scheme users part of their remuneration as a salary close to or in line with the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage rates, which is subjected to deductions for Income Tax and National Insurance contributions (NICs). The scheme users receive the balance of their remuneration without the deduction of Income Tax andNICs.
